Getting your foot in the door of these forward thinking companies early will help you to become more desirable to other companies. Do not choose to work for any company which has inadequate technology, you will be frustrated and it will not help your career.

These types of companies will be chatting on different platforms, collecting communities of talent to cherry pick from, seek them out and engage with them.

Up skill

Do not rest on your laurels, you can see the speed of change, you cannot afford to stagnate. Make it your mission to continuously up skill, you have to if you want to survive.

With the internet comes many opportunities to up skill, there are plenty of sites where you can do courses for free.

Protect your online brand

Companies of the future wont be waiting around for CV’s they know there isn’t time, so they’ll be checking out your online presence. Make sure they see what you want them to see, your online brand is extremely important. Think about showing your best self daily, be authentic but think twice before posting. Your on line brand can work for you or against you, make sure it does what you want it to do.
